RENTAL CONDITIONS
What to know before you ride.
At pickup, you will sign a liability waiver and pay a refundable cash deposit of ₱1,000 per bike, returned when the bike comes back on time and in good condition.
→ Each rental is a 24-hour slot from your chosen pickup time. Pick up at your time, return exactly 24 hours later.
→ Pickup and return are at our shop only, next to Cloud 9 in General Luna. We do not offer other locations.
→ You can cancel or shorten your booking online at least 24 hours before the rental starts. A link is sent in your confirmation email. A 5% fee applies to any refunded amount.
→ Extensions can be made online or at the shop any time before your rental ends, subject to availability.
→ The bike must be returned at the agreed drop-off time. Any late return is charged at ₱100 per hour beyond the scheduled time.
→ The eBike must be returned with a minimum of 80% battery. If returned below 80%, a ₱200 charge applies. A charger is always included with your rental.

Do I need a driving licence?
No licence needed. Our eBikes are intuitive and easy to ride from the very first minute. We give you a quick briefing before you set off.

Can I ride to Pacifico and back in one day?
Pacifico is 50 km from General Luna. You'll arrive with around 15% battery — not enough to ride back. Plan to spend at least one night there to charge fully before returning. Heavier riders or faster speeds may need to charge on the way. Your charger is always included.

How long does it take to charge the bike?
We have the fastest charger available for this model in Siargao. A full charge takes approximately 4 hours, roughly half the time of a standard charger.. Fast charging is great for a quick top-up during lunch.

What is included in the rental?
The eBike, a high-quality helmet, and a charger are all included. No extra fees for any of these.

How does the 24-hour rental work?
You pick up at your chosen time and return the bike at the same time the last day of your rental. For example, pickup at 10:00 AM means return by 10:00 AM the last day of your rental.

Can I extend my rental if I want to keep the bike longer?
Yes. You can extend at any time before your rental ends, either online or at the shop, subject to availability. Rates at the time of extension apply.

What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations and shortening are allowed online at least 24 hours before the start of your rental. A 5% fee applies on the refunded amount. The booking management link is in your confirmation email.
